请问报名FRM的
FRM Program Enrollment Fee: US$ 150.00
是一定要收取的吗？这笔费用是做什么用的？

首次报名要收，报名费
另外还有考试费
和教材费，如CFA

考了几次，好像每次都收这个费用的？为什么？而且每次都会给我杂志。

这个事报名费，如果重考的话，第二次报名只交考试费，不交报名费
另外，教材可以在淘宝买的，没必要花美刀在garp买

这个又是什么意思？是不是每年自动扣除的年费，它与报名费又是什么关系？
