请问什么情况下Hypothesis Testing Rejection Points(Critical values) 是使用two-sided test of the population mean using a z-test? 甚么情况则用one-sided tes of the population mean using a z-test 呢?

H0:b=0

H1:b>0 or H1: b<0 use one-tailed test

H1: b><0 use two-tailed test
