下午有个comparable transaction takeover的题，是不是差信息？

我的算法：用好像是55除以公司earnings，得出comparable PE. 用本公司的Earning套进去，有结果。不知对不对。

Comparable Transaction是用其它Transaction里的 Takeover Price除以分别的fundamental figures，得到对应的P/CF， P/S，P/B，然后代入自己目标公司的CF，S,B，得到的Weighted Average Price，所以Comparable Transaction不需要计算Takeover Premium。
