说是 ROA 和ROE 会比较高。
这个怎么理解。 答案给的提示是 Inflation causes ROA & ROE to be too hig because the true cost of replacing the assert is not reflected by depreciation.
没明白那个解答。为什么更换费用不受折旧影响 ROA和ROE就会比较高？

首先，fixed assets 记 historical cost,而不是replacement cost。虽然通胀令replacement cost 大于 historical cost，但是asset不会mark to market,所以aseet不变。而折旧还是根据historical cost计算。所以，depreciation cost不变。
其次，inflation让unit price 升高，假设perfectly inelastic demand,销量不变，sales/revenue上升。
这样，p/l上，revenue上升，而depreciation cost不变，简单只考虑这两个作用，net profit就会上升。而asset不变，所以roe,roa高
