关于今年11月的FRM支付求助

只用的是建行信用卡，里面有足够的信用额度，但是在支付时总是失败，过程如下：进入后选择第一项，之后出现这个：
Our records indicate that you have already registered for 2011 FRM / ERP Exam.
If you wish to change the type of payment (e.g. from check, fax or wire transfer to secure online payment) please click here.

然后我点了click here.出线
if you have already registered for the 2012/2011 FRM Exam Part I OR 2012/2011 FRM Exam Part II or both and wish to pay online then please enter your login information and Invoice Number to continue.
我retrieve了自己的FRM Invoice Number，出入到里面，出来填姓名信用卡账号，等等信息；填完之后下一步，就出错了
原因如下：

求助各位，什么原因呀。
